Refund Policy for Online Pooja Bookings:-

At Tali Sree Maha Ganapati Sree Balasubrahmanya Temple, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for all devotees who book pooja services through our online platform. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your booking, we offer a full refund under the following circumstances.

Eligibility for Refund:-

We offer a 100% refund under the following conditions:
1. Cancellation of Pooja Services:-
o If you wish to cancel your pooja booking, a full refund will be issued as long as the cancellation request is made at least One hours/days before the scheduled pooja time.
o To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at [email address] with your booking details.
2. Double Payment:
o If a payment is accidentally made twice for the same pooja booking, we will provide a full refund for the duplicate payment.
o Please provide the transaction details, and our support team will process the refund.
3. Incorrect or Duplicate Booking:-
o If there has been an error in booking, such as double entry of payment or an incorrect pooja service selected, we will refund the full amount for the incorrect or duplicate booking.
o Please contact us immediately with booking details, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
4. Unavailability of Pooja Service:-
o In the rare event that we are unable to conduct the pooja service on the specified date or time due to unforeseen circumstances or internal issues, we will issue a full refund to affected devotees.
5. Technical or Payment Gateway Issues:-
o If your payment was processed incorrectly or there were technical issues preventing successful payment processing, we will offer a full refund upon review and verification of the issue.

How to Request a Refund:-

Timeframe for Refund:-

Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used during the original transaction.

Exceptions to Refunds:-

Refunds are not available in the following cases:-
o If the cancellation request is made less than One hours before the scheduled pooja service (unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part).
o If the pooja service has already been performed.
